25 years in the editing suite. Thomas started his career in commercial filmmaking — directing, editing, and grading hundreds of B2B commercials, corporate films, and branded content pieces. He brings deep expertise in post-production workflows, colour grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.

At Not Another Mate, Thomas leads product vision and creative direction. His hands-on production experience shapes how MergeMate.ai approaches agentic video editing — not as a gimmick, but as a tool that understands professional film grammar. He writes the Production Notes blog, sharing practitioner insights on controlled generation, camera movement control, and character consistency in AI video.

Christian Fenkart — CTO & Lead Developer

Full-stack developer specializing in TypeScript, Python, and cloud architecture. Christian builds the technical foundation for all Not Another Mate products — from the Supabase backend and edge functions to the React frontends and GenAI API integrations.

His expertise spans modern web development (React, Vite, Tailwind), serverless architecture (Supabase Edge Functions, Deno), AI/ML integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, custom model pipelines), and DevOps (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud infrastructure). Christian turns creative concepts into production-ready software.

Monika Fenkart — COO & Operations

The organizational backbone of Not Another Mate. Monika transforms creative chaos into clear processes, manages the back office with a steady hand, and ensures that operations run smoothly — from invoicing and compliance to project coordination and stakeholder communication.

Her ability to bridge the gap between creative vision and business reality keeps the company grounded. When the visionaries fly, Monika makes sure the landing is smooth.
